Sad news, we received the message that Sweet Expression's A Kind of
Magic ' Bram' died at the age of 12 and a half years. We thank the
owners Henk ter Veld and Monique Michielsen for giving Bram such a good
life.

| 10-5-2008: This weekend we went to the International show in Sam Marino, a small state in Italy. Judge was Mrs. E. Tan from Finland. | 07-03-2008: We cannot believe it....just 3 weeks after the death of Semmbear (see news 16-2-2008), died Sweet Expression's Endless Love on behalf of an aggressive cancer. Kim was also owned by Noel Moonen who has a terrible time now by losing two beloved dogs in such a short time. Today we cremated Kim and she is at the rainbowbridge with Semm now....... Bye sweet Kim....we will miss you so much.. |
| 02-03-2008: Today Mark showed Tom (Brinkley Barnaby) at the international show in Groningen (Netherlands). Judge was Mrs. A. Beenen from the Netherlands. Tom didn't jump all around this time and behaved good in the ring. He got a second in the youthclass males (he is 12 months now) with an excellent. Click HERE to read his report. |

Yesterday we went to Hamburg to Drs. Koch for making the hip- and elbow
-x-rays of our Tom (Brinkley Barnaby). His hipscore is B1, and elbows

| 27-2-2008:
A lot happened this week. At Sunday we went with Kayleigh to the
national show in Bucholz, Germany. She needed 1 more CAC for the VDH
championtitle. Kayleigh won the championclass bitches and the CAC, so
now she has the VDH title also. At Thuesday we went to the eyespecialist
with the puppies and our Tom to check their eyes, and they are all
clear. At Wednesday we went to the ear-specialist for the BAERtest, and
all puppies are +/+ (ok).
We also brought our Whippetmale Doodlebug to Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam for his flight to Israel today because he has to mate a bitch there. Click on Whippets for more info. |

We mated Kayleigh (Ch. Sweet Expression's As Good as it Gets) 4 weeks
ago and today we went to the vet for an echo...and she is pregnant! At
the end of march we expect puppies of her and Ch. Brinkley Shakespeare

| 21-2-2008: Today the puppies are vaccinated, chipped and had their eyes-checked. All puppies are clear. Also our Tom (Brinkley Barnaby) had his eyes checked and is declarered clear of eye-diseases. |

Our soulmate SemmBear ( Sweet Expression's No Masquerade) died tonight
after a strugle for life after an operation. He lost the struggle...
We know that Noelle her hart is broken and we can only thank her for the great life she gave to our 'Bear'. We will miss him terribly.....

| 17-12-2007: Last week we had a fire in the middle of the night in our new house. We are so gratefull that we could safe all the dogs and that we all are safe and healthy! Lucky for us is the room where Antje must give birth to the puppies clear of smoke and dirt, so she can have her puppies at home! |

Both got a third place, Emma because the judge found her too small and Tom because he didn't want to move at all, he was making fun of the whole show and jumped and jumped around............... moved into our new home. Today we went to the
youngstersday of the Dutch OES club to show our Tom (Brinkley Barnaby)
for the first time, and Rafke (Sweet Expression's It's Me Again). Tom

02-08-2007: Yesterday we
came back from a short holiday in
Finland. We brought a puppy (Sweet
Expression's Judge 'n Jury- Jessica) to her new home to Ulla
Hellman (Greycoats OES), and
we entered Tiger (Hole in One) and Emma (Circus Circus) at the
International show in Pori and the national show in Vaanta. Both Emma
and Tiger won the CACIB in Pori under breedspecialist L. Zouboulidis
from Greece, and with this CC Emma gained another title: Finnish
Champion ! In Vaanta Emma was placed second, the allrounderjudge
Susan Badick from Canada found that she had too much coat! (see her report HERE)
and Tiger was again Best male but because of his age - just 15 months-

| 08-07-2007: Today we entered Tiger (Sweet Expression's Hole in One) at the Championclubshow of the British Sheepdog Club in Germany. Tiger is still not allowed to appear in another class because of his age, so we had to enter him in the youthclass. He won this class and with this win he gained the official title: ' Junior Clubchampion Germany'. His handler for today was Nadine Ridzewski, the owner of Tigers' father Ben (Ch. Tiger is still not allowed to be entered in a class with older OES, because of his age.... 13 months and he won his class with a Excellent 1. The second day was the national show under judge Mrs. Heike Bilsheim (Germany). Tiger won the youthclass and with this result he gained the title GERMAN YOUTHCHAMPION at the age of 11 months! 05-02-2007: This weekend we entered our Tiger ( Sweet Expression's Hole in One) for the first time in the Youthclass at the age of 9 months and 10 days. In Eindhoven ( Holland) he was placed 2 Excellent, although he was the youngest of his class. The next day we entered him in Luxembourg, and there he won the youthclass and won the title Luxembourgh Youthchampion. How proud we are of him!

the promotion to the third class of agility and that Rafke ( Sweet
Expression's It's me Again) got her first exam in the puppyclass and she

| 28-11-2006: Today we got sad news, Rosa ( Sweet Expression's Eva Rabanna) died today because of a cancer that nobody could stop, although surgery and chemo-therapy was tried. Our thoughts go to Ciska Hovius, who took care of Rosa so well, we thank her that she gave Rosa such wonderful years. |

She is also TOP WINNING OES 2006 in Germany, because she is so many points ahead that no other OES can beat her any more this year! |

| 22-10-2006: Again a wonderful day, this time with our youngsters and 'oldies'. Today was the youngsterday of the Dutch OES club, also for veteran OES. Judge was Mark James (UK). Our Sweet Expression's Hole in One (Tiger) was shown for the first time in the Puppyclass (6-9 months). This day he was exactly 6 months, and the youngest of his class. Tiger won the class and got an excellent report (click HERE to read it). Sweet Expression's Gentle Touch and Sweet Expression's Givin' In, Givin' Up were placed 2nd and 4th in the Juniorclass bitches. Sweet Expression's Eternal Zoe 3rd in Veteran Bitches, and Ch.Sweet Expression's Ali Baba was best Veteran Male and Best Veteran! At last Sweet Expression's Diddenwacker was shown in the recreationclass ( owner who has never shown a dog) and won the first price! A special thank you for Ron and Willy van Opijnen for the wonderful wooden kennelsign they made for us! |

We had a weekend that we will never forget! We entered our Emma (
Circus Circus) in Dortmund, the Bundessiegershow and the next day
the Jubilee Show ( 100 year VDH kennelclub). Emma did a great job! The
first show with 54 entrees she was BOB and gained the title
Bundessiegerin 2006. The second show with 45 entrees she was BOB
again and gained the title Jahrhunderdsiegerin 2006. What a weekend!

Good news from Galina, she entered Marek (Sweet Expression's Golddigger)
at 2 CACIB shows in Russia. Both times he won the YouthCAC, this means
that he is a Russian Youth Champion now. In the ring of honour he was
second best puppy in Show! Well done Galina!!

| 11-09-2006: We had our REUNION today with 46 OES and 77 persons. It was a wonderful day, beautiful weather, wonderful people and dogs, so many dogs together and no barking, no fights, we are so proud about that! Good drinks and food, thanks to all the people who came with their OES !! |

We just got a call from a very proud Willy van Opijnen, their Ch.
Sweet Expression's Ali Baba (Sam) finished his Veteran Championtitle
and is the first OES-Veteran Champion in Holland. Sam is 10 and a
half years old! Congratulations to Ron and Willy!

| 24-06-2006: In the past days we said goodbye to the puppies of Kayleigh. They are with their new families now. Only Bahia is still with us, she leaves Thursday and goes by plane to the south of France, Tiger is staying with us. |

Today we entered our Emma ( Circus Circus) and Kayleigh ( As Good as it
Gets) at the Int. show in Offenburg, Germany. Judge was Elaine Georgion
from the UK. Kayleigh won the openclass and won the German
Championshiptitle, and Emma was Best of Breed and ended with the last 8 in
the ring of Honour.

| 11-03-2006: Sad news. Because our Steffi ( Sweet Expression's Game, Set and Match) is missing 4 teeth, we decided to take her out of our breeding programm. She went to her new owners today where she has the company of an older OES. We miss her very much. |

Emma won the Championclass and the reserve CACIB and the full CAC for the Dutch Championtitle. In the veteranclass Ch. Sweet Expression's Ali Baba was entered(10 years old) . He won the class with a 1 Excellent and the first point out of three for the Veteran Championtitle. |

Today we entered Emma ( Circus Circus) and Sweet Expression's Flirts the
Judge ( July) in Bucholz, Germany. Judge was Mrs.G. Mulroony from Ireland.
First July won the intermediatclass and after that Emma won the
Championclass. For Best of Breed the judge pointed to July,
18 months old and her second show!

Laugh or not ????? We went to the Winner show in Amsterdam where
Emma was entered. She is 27 months now and was able to win the
Championtitle. Not shown for 4 months and in top-condition. In the
openclass 5 bitches were entered. Judge was Mr. Jan Ebels from
Holland. Emma was the first one who had to leave the ring, and for the
very first time in her showcarreer she got a Very Good !! It took some
time but we can only laugh about it now...........

| 27-11-2005: Emma has won the ' top showdog competition' of the British Sheepdog Club Germany region ' Weser Ems'. It was the fourth time in a row that we won this competition, the first year with Antje ( Ch. Sweet Expression's Say Cheese), the second and third year with Riitta ( Ch. Sweet Expression's As You Can See) and now Emma ( Sweet Expression's Circus Circus- European Winner, German Youthch.). |
